General Terms and Conditions

• •Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer ID (CNPJ): 35.835.015/0001-54

Rules

• •By making a booking, the guest agrees to: These General Terms and Conditions, All applicable policies, The house rules stated in the listing, The temporary accommodation agreement.
• •The following documents, taken together, form the complete and binding contractual framework between the parties: The signed contract, The policies published on the website, The house rules stated in the listing (see Contract Signature Policy).
• •Okaeri Home Apartments acts as the property manager responsible for the operation of the stay, guest support, and enforcement of the established rules.
• •The guest represents that all information provided at the time of booking is true, complete, and current.
• •The guest is responsible for: All occupants associated with the booking, Conduct during the stay, Compliance with property and condominium rules, Damage, fines, and losses arising from the stay (see Damage and Fines Policy).
• •The property is for temporary residential use only. The following are prohibited: Commercial use, Subletting, Assignment or transfer of the property to third parties, Events or unauthorized activities.
• •The property is located in a residential condominium, and the guest must comply with: Internal condominium rules, Quiet hours, Community and coexistence rules.
• •Authorization to access the property is conditional upon full completion of the mandatory pre-arrival requirements: Signing the contract, Submitting identification documents, Providing the security deposit (see General Policies, Identification Policy, and Security Deposit Policy).
• •Okaeri Home Apartments is not responsible for: Personal belongings left behind at the property, Loss, theft, or damage involving guests' personal property, Interruptions of third-party services when not directly caused by Okaeri Home Apartments' operation.
• •Matters not expressly addressed are governed by the applicable policies, the signed contract, and applicable law.

Penalties

• •Failure to comply with any condition contained in these terms and policies results in fines, retention or application of the security deposit, additional charges, and termination of the stay, as applicable.
• •Failure to pay amounts due authorizes formal contractual collection, applicable legal measures, and, where legally permitted, reporting to credit-protection services.
• •Improper use of the property or violation of the rules results in immediate cancellation of the booking, required departure from the property, and forfeiture of amounts paid (see Cancellation Policy).
