Our story
Okaeri Home Apartments was founded in 2011 with a clear purpose: to offer quality short-term rentals in São Paulo with the structure and professionalism the market demanded. The name "Okaeri" comes from Japanese and means "welcome back" — an expression used to greet someone returning home.
What began with a single unit has evolved into a complete property management operation. Today, Okaeri manages apartments in strategic neighborhoods in São Paulo — Pinheiros, Butantã, and República — serving tourists, executives, expatriates, and families.
Our expansion into traditional leasing, corporate housing, and real estate brokerage has solidified Okaeri as a modern real estate platform, combining hospitality expertise with the structure to meet diverse housing needs.
