Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in

• •Standard check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
• •Access to the property is authorized only after all mandatory requirements have been completed: Signing the contract (see Contract Signature Policy), Submitting the identification documents of every guest (see Identification Policy), Providing the security deposit (see Security Deposit Policy).
• •All requirements must be completed before arrival at the condominium. Ensuring timely completion is the guest's sole responsibility.
• •Once all mandatory requirements have been validated, processing by the building's front-desk system takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
• •Access to the condominium cannot be released before all procedures have been fully completed, regardless of the time of day, presence of children, weather conditions, or any other circumstance.
• •Before the official check-in time, guests may not: Store luggage in the condominium or property, Enter the property, Use the parking space, Wait in the lobby for access authorization.
• •Morning access requires booking the previous night. Morning early check-in cannot be guaranteed without reserving the preceding night.

Early Check-in

Early check-in is subject to availability and prior confirmation. Availability is confirmed only from 10:00 p.m. on the day before check-in.

• •From 3:00 p.m. (1 hour early): complimentary, subject to availability and dependent on cleaning, sanitation, and the condition in which the previous guest left the property.
• •From 1:00 p.m. (3 hours early): 50% of the nightly rate, subject to prior calendar and cleaning-team availability.
• •From 11:00 a.m. (5 hours early): 70% of the nightly rate, subject to the same conditions.
• •Before 11:00 a.m. (more than 5 hours early): 90% of the nightly rate, subject to availability.
• •The period from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is reserved for cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of the property.
• •Payment methods: PIX or Credit card (10% processing fee).

Check-out

• •Standard check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.
• •The property must be completely vacated by that time, including removal of all personal belongings and departure of all occupants.
• •The property must be returned in an appropriate condition (see Damage and Fines Policy).

Mandatory Departure Procedures

• •Notify the team in advance if you plan to check out earlier than scheduled.
• •Turn off all electrical appliances and lights.
• •Make sure all windows and doors, including balcony doors, are closed.
• •Do not leave wet towels on beds or sofas.
• •Leave all remote controls in a visible location.
• •Perform a final check to avoid leaving personal belongings behind.
• •Do not remove any property items, even accidentally.

Late Check-out

• •Late check-out is subject to cleaning-team availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• •Until 11:00 a.m.: complimentary, subject to availability.
• •Until 1:00 p.m.: 50% of the nightly rate.
• •After 1:00 p.m.: payment of an additional night is mandatory because the calendar must be blocked to prevent another booking.
• •Payment methods: PIX or Credit card (10% processing fee).

Penalties

• •Failure to complete the mandatory requirements before arrival results in blocked check-in, denial of access, and cancellation without refund (see Cancellation Policy).
• •Remaining in the property after check-out without authorization results in a R$300 fine plus R$150 for each additional hour of delay (see Damage and Fines Policy).
• •A late departure without prior notice results in a R$350 fine plus R$150 for each additional hour.
• •Remaining in the property after 1:00 p.m. without formally purchasing an additional night results in an automatic charge for one additional night and may also result in additional operational penalties.
