Contract Signature Policy

Rules

• •Signing the contract is mandatory for every booking, without exception (see General Policies).
• •The contract must be signed by the booking holder, who is the legally responsible party for the stay.
• •The booking holder who signs the contract is counted as a guest on the booking even if they do not remain at the property (see Identification Policy and Occupancy and Visitors Policy).
• •The security deposit must be provided in the name of the booking holder who signs the contract (see Security Deposit Policy).
• •The contract signature, submission of identification documents, and security deposit must all be completed before arrival at the condominium. Ensuring timely completion is the guest's sole responsibility.
• •Once the contract, security deposit, and documents have been validated, processing and access authorization by the building's front desk takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
• •Access to the condominium cannot be released until the contract has been signed and all other mandatory requirements have been fully completed (see Check-in and Check-out Policy).
• •The signed contract, together with Okaeri Home Apartments' policies, fully governs the relationship between the parties during the stay.
• •Check-in is not permitted without prior signature of the contract.

Penalties

• •Failure to sign the contract within the required timeframe results in blocked check-in, denial of access to the condominium and property, and cancellation of the booking without refund (see Cancellation Policy).
• •No exception is made for access without a signed contract, regardless of the time of day or circumstances.
• •Breach of the contract during the stay may result in immediate termination of the stay, fines, and charges for damage or other losses (see Damage and Fines Policy).
