The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, filtered water, and several options for preparing your coffee (Italian, French press, and electric coffee maker). There is also a half bath and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The lower floor features a home office (300 Mbps fiber) for your productivity.
On the upper floor, relax in the queen bed with pleasant lighting. There is a second home office, a large closet, and a full bathroom with a high-pressure gas shower. Everything was thought out for your maximum comfort, without the need to use adapters, as the apartment has standard Brazil, US outlets, and USB ports. The condominium offers a covered pool and sauna, gym, concierge, and parking space.
